Unapologetic Luxury Online ships within the United States. We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses at the moment and apologize for any inconvenience.

UL does not ship to PO Boxes, only physical addresses that validate the receipt of the purchase.

Continental United States Shipping Rates: 30€ Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the customer once payment is confirmed, within 48-120 business hours, Monday through Friday (workingdays only).

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day.

Shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed by Unapologetic Luxury.

Orders are limited to no more than seven (7) units total.

RETURNS
At Unapologetic Luxury, we take great pride in the quality of our products; attention to the highest standards and efficiency is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase. In the event that any incident occurs with the product received that implies its return or exchange, we would appreciate your communication through the following channel: send email to ecommerce@unapologeticluxury.com indicating the incident and we will contact you as soon as possible (Monday to Friday) to manage and solve the problem, always within twenty (20) days of purchase.

The following requirements apply to all returns:

– We accept returns only for merchandise that was purchased directly from unapologetiluxury.com.
– Products must be returned within twenty (20) days of purchase.
– Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
– Merchandise returned to unapologeticluxury.com will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt.
– We cannot accept returns on used products.
– Refunds may only be issued in the same form as utilized for payment.
