A popular active ingredient that is essential to the Soberbia Luxury formula.
Until recently, the ‘rosa mosqueta’ rosehip was considered by the agricultural world to be a rare weed with few documented traditional uses. That is, until a team from the University of Concepción in Chile discovered its extraordinary dermo-cosmetic properties.
Rosehip grows wild in the cold, rainy Andes .It is harvested by hand between March and May then spread out to dry over large areas of land. It is then collected and dried for about 10 hours in gigantic ovens. The husk is separated from the seed and, finally, the seed is transformed into precious oil.
The oil extracted from rosehip seeds is exceptionally rich in essential fatty acids (80%) and -balanced.
The result is a natural cocktail of powerful antioxidants.
It has countless properties, including nourishment, healing, collagen generation, cellular regeneration, moisturising, anti-acne, anti-wrinkle, anti-blotching, anti-stretch marks and antioxidant.
It prevents the skin from de hydration thanks to its high levels of fatty acids. It also combats the effects of photo-ageing by protecting against and repairing the damage caused by excessive exposure to solar radiation. This helps prevent premature skin ageing, delaying the appearance of wrinkles and reducing expression lines.
