Order delivery

Currently, the Unapologetic Luxury website delivers throughout mainland Spain and the national territory, except Ceuta and Melilla.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs may be subject to special promotions under which delivery is free for the customer.

Outside promotional periods, shipping costs will depend on the destination:

• There are no shipping costs within mainland Spain.

• Outside mainland Spain, shipping costs are €9 (Balearic Islands and Canary Islands).

Shipments are made through ASM, always ensuring optimal delivery conditions.

Delivery time

Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the customer once payment has been confirmed, within 24–72 business hours, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Returns or exchanges

If there is any issue with the product received that requires a return or exchange, please notify us through the following channel: send an email to ecommerce@unapologyold indicating the issue, and we will contact you as soon as possible (Monday to Friday) to manage and resolve the problem, always within 15 days of receiving the order.
